For any travel-based booking, we’ll first confirm the date, session structure, and general plan. For example, we may agree to meet at 4:00pm for an Evening Integration, with a planned break for dinner and integration partway through the experience.
Once the date and structure are confirmed, the remaining logistics depend on whether the booking is local, within driving distance, or requires air travel.
If the session is in Austin or within reasonable driving distance, you can send me the location once you have it confirmed.
The setting should be private, comfortable, clean, and free from distractions. This may be your home, a hotel, or another appropriate private space.
If we are meeting at a hotel in downtown Austin or another location where paid parking is required, I ask that you cover valet or parking costs.
For bookings under $1000, driving distance is within 30 minutes of Southwest Austin. For bookings over $1000, driving distance extends to Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio if one night hotel stay is also provided.
If the booking requires me to fly, I will review flight options and let you know the cost before booking.
Direct flights are preferred, but I will endeavor to suggest reasonably priced economy flights. You are welcome to evaluate options and make suggestions as well.
Flight costs need to be sent in advance so I can secure the itinerary. Payment can be made by Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, or another agreed-upon method.
While we are together during the booking, you are responsible for meals and agreed-upon shared expenses. Any food I purchase on my own outside of our time together is handled by me.
If there are additional travel-related costs such as Uber, significant gas, rental cars, tolls, parking, or similar expenses, I will itemize those and request reimbursement at the end of the booking.
For sessions that include a dinner break, it is usually ideal to make a reservation about two hours after our start time. For example, if we begin at 4:00pm, a 6:00pm dinner reservation often works well.
I do not have any dietary restrictions. I generally prefer quality, protein-centered menu options and tend to avoid bread- or pasta-heavy meals.
It's ideal if you can choose a restaurant in close proximity (ideally within 15 minutes) and make the reservations. I'm happy to review suggested options if you find several good candidates.
I don't generally require full payment in advance, aside from the Discovery Call fee, which serves as a deposit and is credited toward your first in-person booking.
The main exception is flight-based travel. If flights are required, the flight cost must be paid in advance so I can book travel.
The remaining session fee is typically handled by the end of our booking. I accept most forms of payment except for debit/credit cards, including cash, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Zelle, and Bitcoin.
Because travel-based sessions require planning and reserved time, I ask for as much notice as possible if anything needs to change.
For short-notice cancellations, I typically ask for 25% of the intended booking fee.
For bookings under $1,000, at least 24 hours’ notice is usually sufficient. For bookings over $1,000, at least 48 hours’ notice is preferred.
Any non-refundable travel expenses, such as flights or hotel bookings, remain the client’s responsibility.
