Booking Your Appointment

  • The fastest way to get started is by completing both of these steps:

               1. Booking a Discovery Call, and

               2. Filling out my Intake Form.

  • The Discovery Call fee counts as a deposit toward your first in-person session. Payment can be completed via credit card or PayPal on my BOOK NOW page, or by another method at the beginning of our call, such as CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, or Bitcoin. If electronic deposit methods are not available, cash arrangements can be made by meeting first at a local coffee shop. (Cash is also accepted for in-person bookings.)

  • Deposits may be applied to rescheduled sessions as long as 24 hour notice is provided. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit may serve as a cancellation fee.

  • New clients start with Foundations Guided Practice prior to Advanced Guided Sessions. This gives us a chance to get better acquainted, demonstrate our ability to honor boundaries, and build comfort and trust so that we can accomplish the most in our Advanced Sessions.

  • In-person sessions can occur in my serene Southwest Austin studio or at another location that you provide. Travel is free within 30 minutes of my home and for extended sessions as long as travel expenses are covered. See Travel FAQs.

  • All services are discreet and educational in nature and are not geared toward entertainment or immediate gratification, but are designed to teach you how to approach and improve intimate encounters in your personal life.

  • Recommended Preparation: While not required, I highly recommend reading the Three Phases of Female Arousal article series in advance of our meeting to give you a glimpse at many of the things we'll be exploring if we proceed to in-person sessions, along with joining my Online Learning Community and watching the introductory videos I've shared there.

  • Visit my BOOK NOW page to begin scheduling, or, if you have any other questions, please email me at Stephanie@EvolveSessions.com!

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach out to Stephanie@EvolveSessions.com if you can't find an answer to your question.

I offer experiential intimacy education and relational skills training for clients who want to develop more presence, confidence, communication, embodied awareness, and ease in intimate connection.

Some work can be done through online coaching, but most clients choose in-person experiential sessions. These sessions are designed to help you practice presence, connection, attunement, communication, nervous system regulation, and embodied intimacy in a guided, supportive setting.

While one of our goals is to retrain your nervous system with experiences that exceed what you have been used to in the past, the primary focus is to help you develop skills, awareness, and confidence that can support your future relationships and encounters.

If you are new to this work, we begin with a Discovery Call and intake process so I can learn more about your goals, background, questions, and comfort level.

During sessions, I take the role of guide and practice partner. You do not need to know exactly what to do. I will help lead the process, offer verbal guidance, model healthy partner behavior, and provide feedback in a way that is honest, supportive, and non-critical.

The work emphasizes presence, communication, consent, mutual comfort, and learning to enjoy what is actually happening rather than focusing on pressure, performance, or a specific outcome.

Foundations sessions are the starting point for most clients.

These sessions are typically about 90 minutes and are focused on building the core skills of presence, connection, communication, attunement, and embodied intimacy. The boundaries are clear: clothing stays fully on and in place throughout the Foundations portion.

A Foundations session usually begins with time to settle, relax, and become present. From there, we move through guided experiential exercises while discussing the concepts we are practicing. There is a strong emphasis on nervous system regulation, verbal and non-verbal communication, comfort, pacing, and awareness of your own experience.

There is plenty of communication and feedback throughout, so you are not left guessing or trying to perform.

While every session is responsive to the client and the moment, the general structure is:

  1. Arrival and settling in
We begin by helping the nervous system calm down and creating a comfortable, present environment.
  2. Guided connection and communication practice
I introduce key concepts and help you feel them in real time rather than only discussing them intellectually.
  3. Building presence and embodied awareness
We practice staying connected to your own experience while also attuning to another person.
  4. Exploring intimacy without pressure or outcome-focus
The emphasis is on connection, enjoyment, and awareness rather than agenda or performance.
  5. Integration and reflection
We come back down, re-center, and discuss what was noticed, learned, and practiced.

Throughout Foundations, clothing remains fully on and in place.

Advanced sessions are only considered after a clear foundation has been established.

They build on the same principles as Foundations: presence, consent, communication, attunement, pacing, and mutual comfort. The difference is that once there is enough trust, clarity, and shared readiness, the boundaries may be opened by mutual agreement.

Advanced sessions are typically scheduled in two-hour blocks, with some flexibility depending on the structure of the work.

There is never a guarantee of a specific outcome, and there is no pressure or expectation. The process is guided by consent, comfort, authentic response, and what is appropriate in the moment.

The progression is intentional.

Foundations gives us a shared language, a clear framework, and a baseline of trust and communication. It helps prevent the experience from becoming outcome-driven or disconnected from the learning process.

After a Foundations block, we usually take a deliberate break. This may be as simple as going out for a meal, taking an overnight pause, or scheduling the next phase for another day. The purpose of the break is to avoid rushing past the foundational work by ensuring we stay focused on the concepts rather than the outcome.

If we both feel comfortable and aligned, Advanced work can follow.

The break is intentional and important.

It helps keep the Foundations work focused on presence, awareness, and skill-building rather than getting caught up in anticipation of what may or may not happen next.

This pause also supports integration. It gives both of us space to reflect, reset, and return with more clarity and groundedness. When possible, continuing on the same day can work well because the learning is still fresh, comfort has already been established, and we can continue to work with the energy built up during Foundations.

Yes, Foundations and Advanced sessions are held in private settings. Real-world excursions can take us into public but can be modified as discretion requires.

The simplest option is often for me to come to you, either at your home or a hotel. The space does not need to be elaborate, but it should be clean, comfortable, private, and free from distractions.

When needed, we can also explore scheduling options for a private studio hosted by me.

Preparation is simple: Please come with good hygiene, comfortable clothing, and enough time and space to be fully present. You do not need to know exactly what to do in advance; part of my role is to guide the experience.

If you have time to review educational materials in advance, I highly recommend the Three Phases of Female Arousal series and the introductory videos on my free Online Learning Community.

I also recommend maintaining your own sexual health testing timeline as a good personal practice. This is not always mandatory before beginning, but it can be helpful for your own clarity and peace of mind. I can provide recommendations if needed.

The most important initial boundary is that during Foundations sessions, clothing stays fully on and in place.

Beyond that, I will model clear and healthy communication by speaking up about any boundaries, needs, or adjustments that arise. You are not expected to read my mind or guess what is okay. Part of the learning is experiencing direct, kind, and grounded communication in real time.

Everything is based on mutual comfort, consent, and clear communication.

Nope!

There is no pressure, no expectation, and no requirement to reach any particular outcome. The work is about learning, practicing, noticing, communicating, and building capacity for more presence and enjoyment.

If something feels awkward, uncertain, or does not go as expected, that is part of the learning process. We simply return to presence, communication, and what is actually happening.

There are no mistakes and you can't disappoint me in this safe container.

Pricing depends on the session structure, length, and goals.

A common starting point is the Evening Integration, which is currently $1,400.

This can be a strong entry point for clients who want a more complete in-person experience.

Other options may include shorter sessions, repeated Foundations work, Advanced sessions, or custom immersion formats.

Example structures may include:

  • Short individual sessions focused on Foundations and skill repetition
  • Repeating an Evening Integration once or twice per month with coaching in between
  • A custom multi-day immersion

Current pricing and package details should be reviewed on the website before booking.

Absolutely.

Many clients continue beyond the first booking when the work feels beneficial and aligned. There is no fixed limit to the number of sessions, as long as we both feel the work continues to be useful, appropriate, and supportive of your goals.

Future sessions can follow the same structure or be customized based on what you are working on.

Yes, it often does.

While my process is already designed to accelerate learning and growth in ways unmatched by any other type of intimate service provider, as trust, familiarity, and comfort build, the work can become more nuanced and beneficial.

Repeated sessions allow us to continue practicing the skills introduced at the beginning while refining communication, presence, pacing, confidence, and embodied awareness.

Over time, clients often have more space to relax, notice subtler patterns, and integrate what they are learning more deeply.

No; unlike surrogate partner therapists who operate only in a triadic model, I do not require clients to be working with a mental health professional.

That said, therapeutic support can be invaluable, especially if you are working through significant emotional history, trauma, anxiety, relationship wounds, or attachment patterns. This work is educational and experiential; it is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment.

When appropriate, having a therapist or other support professional in your corner can be a helpful complement.

Yes. Travel may be available when expenses are covered.

Travel-based work is typically best suited for clients booking a more substantial session structure, such as an extended integration or multi-day immersion. Details can be discussed during the Discovery Call.

For more details on travel logistics, click here.

For short-notice cancellations, I typically ask for 25% of the intended booking fee.

For bookings under $1,000, at least 24 hours’ notice is usually sufficient. For bookings over $1,000, at least 48 hours’ notice is preferred.

The best first step is to complete the Intake Form and book a Discovery Call.

The Discovery Call gives us a chance to get acquainted, discuss your goals, answer questions, review expectations and boundaries, and determine whether this work is a good fit.

From there, we can decide together what session structure makes the most sense.
