The Sessions Movie

The Sessions, starring Helen Hunt, is a realistic depiction of surrogate partner therapy that can help those unfamiliar to grasp it better.

There are some differences between her style of practice and mine, such as her indication of the number of sessions permitted. I also teach concepts and communication and use somatic strategies that I've personally developed which are not demonstrated in the movie.

And, believe it or not, reality is usually less awkward than this portrayal sometimes suggests!
